topic “The impact of media on young people’s night life ‘on 13 and 14 October 2010 Brussels (Belgium). The conference, which will be held during the Belgian EU Presidency, organized by Hogeschool Gent (University College Ghent) in

The conference will discuss the latest trends in media
conjunction with the night life and risk behavior of young people. By Conference
we want to highlight the important role of media in informing healthy
lifestyles, and promote healthier and safer nightlife of
young people. About this issue we want to discuss with representatives of the media and
develop appropriate guidelines and recommendations by which we can
adequately promoted the future of media policy and warned of the potential
negative effects of media on young people. The conference to lecture top
experts and researchers from both the media and risk-taking behavior
young people from around the world and of course, representatives of various media.
